Booking & Cancellations
How do I book a court on Kreeda?
Navigate to "Clubs & Courts", choose your preferred club, sport (Padel, Pickleball, Tennis, etc.), date, and time slot. Confirm your booking using UPI, credit/debit card, or Kreeda Credits.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations are subject to the specific club’s cancellation policy. If you cancel within the eligible window, you automatically receive an instant refund in Kreeda Credits to your digital wallet.
What happens if a club cancels due to rain or adverse weather?
If a club cancels a session due to weather or court maintenance, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.

What are Kreeda Credits?
Kreeda Credits are our in-app digital currency. 1 Kreeda Credit = ₹1. You can use them seamlessly towards court bookings, tournament entry fees, or coach sessions.
How does the Split Payment feature work?
When booking a court, choose "Split Payment" and invite your playing partners. Each player receives a notification or link to pay their individual share before the cutoff window.
How does the Referral Program work?
Share your unique referral link from your profile. When a friend signs up and completes their first booking or tournament entry, both of you receive bonus wallet credits.
Player Ratings & Tournaments
How does the Kreeda Skill Rating work?
Our rating algorithm calculates your skill level dynamically based on verified match results, opponent rating strength, and tournament performance. A bad result never lowers your lifetime points.
How do tournament brackets operate?
Tournaments feature automated single-elimination or round-robin draws. Scores are verified and updated in real-time on public shareable brackets accessible via web or app.
